Job summary

Matchtech is seeking a Process Operator in Havant to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. You will set up and operate production machinery, monitor quality, load raw materials, and maximise output while maintaining safety and housekeeping.

Qualifications

• General education level as a minimum.
• Valid counterbalance forklift license.
• Strong numerical and literacy skills with attention to detail.
• Proven reliability and steady work history.
• Good attendance record.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machinery in line with defined specifications.
• Monitor product quality and carry out routine quality control checks.
• Accurately request, measure, and load raw materials as required for production.
• Maximize machine output while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding production status, issues, or deviations.
• Follow all operational procedures, including ISO-aligned quality processes.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace organization.
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, identifying and reporting any hazards.
• Support the wider team and undertake additional duties as required by management.

• Morning: 07:00 - 14:45
• Afternoon: 14:45 - 22:45
• Night: 22:45 - 07:00
