Job summary

Ferrero is hiring a Process Operator at the Alfreton site to keep production lines moving, manage stock movements in SAP, and uphold safety, quality and efficiency across the line.

This permanent role runs on annualised hours with rotating mornings (6am–2pm) and afternoons (2pm–10pm). Flexibility is important, as shift patterns may change in line with production needs, with full training provided. You'll be part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing following safety and quality procedures.
• Confident with computer systems; SAP experience is a bonus but full training will be provided.
• Attention to detail and reliability in completing tasks.
• Team player with good communication to keep production running.

Responsibilities

• Ensure materials are in the right place to keep production flowing.
• Use SAP to track goods and record stock movements.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and environmental standards.
• Identify problems early and collaborate to find solutions.
• Contribute to producing Ferrero brands loved by consumers.
