Job summary

Ferrero Halstead site is seeking a Warehouse Operator to oversee the flow of goods from reception to dispatch, ensuring stock accuracy and compliance with Ferrero’s safety and quality standards.

You will operate forklifts and reach trucks, use SAP for inventory, support production needs, and collaborate with suppliers and transport providers on a rotating Mornings/Afternoons shift pattern.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environments is desirable.
• Familiarity with forklift operation and warehouse management systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, move and dispatch goods to meet production and customer needs.
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and reach trucks according to training and safety rules.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation in the system (e.g., SAP).
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and ways of working.
