Job summary

AVIC Cabin Systems Limited is seeking a Production Coordinator to oversee the production lifecycle and ensure customer delivery meets expectations. The role involves planning production tasks, owning a dedicated production cell, and maintaining MRP-driven demand for Supply Chain activities.

Responsibilities include monitoring works orders, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring on-time starts and finishes in relation to MRP.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume, regulated operations environment (automotive or aerospace preferred).
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver safety, quality, productivity, cost and people relations goals.
• Exposure to security/vetting considerations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage production tasks including processing of required documentation.
• Plan ownership of a production cell and control of its input to the master production schedule.
• Maintain correct MRP demand through works order housekeeping for Supply Chain activity.
• Monitor execution of works orders to ensure offload dates are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete works orders on time and to customer specification.
