Job summary

Armstrong Fluid Technology is seeking a Planning Co-ordinator to support manufacturing and project delivery for Packaged Plant Rooms. You will liaise across Operations, Quality, Purchasing and Engineering, ensuring data integrity in ERP and workforce systems while coordinating production schedules and material availability.

The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing production needs while upholding quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Degree in business, operations, engineering, or related field.
  • Significant experience in production planning or manufacturing coordination.
  • Knowledge of planning principles and data reporting.
  • High numeracy, accuracy in data entry and analysis.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with ERP/LN, Factory Track and Tensor systems.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and maintain production schedules to meet targets.
  • Monitor progress and assist with close-outs for projects.
  • Balance workload and capacity to reduce bottlenecks.
  • Validate bookings in ERP and data across LN/Factory Track/Tensor.
  • Create reports and dashboards for management visibility.
  • Develop and update SOPs and standardised processes.
