RHL - Recruitment Holdings Limited is recruiting 10 Production Planners for a high-profile programme. The roles are on-site only at Aldermaston and Burghfield, with active DV clearance required, and an 18-month contract Inside IR35.

You will create and maintain capacity planning models, define methods of manufacture, and ensure MRP/ERP systems stay accurate. This is a full-time, on-site assignment with negotiable rate based on experience.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain Rough Cut Capacity Planning models.
• Develop and detail methods of manufacture balancing time, cost and quality.
• Keep the local MRP system accurate and up to date.
• Plan and release customer requirements to Manufacturing/Operations on time.
• Produce manufacturing cost estimates and challenge operational times.
• Ensure compliance with inventory control processes.
• Apply Lean Planning and Production Control tools (visual management, Kanban, push/pull).
• Bring proven experience from an operational, production, and/or supply chain environment.

We’re recruiting 10 Production Planners for a high-profile programme, working on-site only across Aldermaston and Burghfield (no remote working). Active DV Clearance is required.

• Rate: Negotiable dependent on experience.

• Systems: SAP plus strong understanding of ERP / MRP2

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain Rough Cut Capacity Planning models.

• Develop and detail methods of manufacture in line with tasking, balancing time, cost and quality.

• Keep the local MRP system accurate and up to date.

• Plan and release customer requirements to Manufacturing/Operations within required timescales.

• Produce manufacturing cost estimates and challenge operational times where appropriate.

• Ensure compliance with inventory control processes.

• Apply Lean Planning and Production Control tools (visual management, Kanban, push/pull).

• Bring proven experience from an operational, production, and/or supply chain environment.
