Job summary

Thorn Baker Construction in Northampton is seeking an experienced Production Planner to join our growing team. You will plan and coordinate production activities to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the required standard.

The ideal candidate is highly organised, commercially aware and familiar with joinery, interiors or manufacturing environments, with excellent communication and multi-project management skills.

We are working with a well-established and growing business specialising in bespoke interiors, joinery, shop fitting and high-end fit-out projects, who are looking to appoint an experienced Production Planner to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and detail-focused individual to play a key role in planning and coordinating production, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time and to the required standard.

The Role

About You

Experience within bespoke joinery, interiors, fit-out or manufacturing would be highly advantageous.

You will need excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
