Job summary

LINDAL Valve Co. Ltd. is seeking a Planner to create executable production plans aligning demand with capacity and materials. You will ensure reliable delivery performance and optimize inventory, coordinating across Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Customer Service.

You will transform customer demand into an actionable manufacturing schedule, guiding teams on what to make, when to make it, and addressing constraints to keep the plan intact.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience in production planning, demand planning, or a similar manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production planning, capacity planning, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and adjust production plans based on customer requirements, capacity and material availability.
• Manage and coordinate the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
• Use MRP systems to plan material requirements and release purchase orders for raw materials.
• Monitor raw material, WIP and finished goods inventory levels.
• Analyse sales orders, forecasts, customer changes and capacity constraints and adapt plans accordingly.
• Validate demand, capacity, material and schedule constraints before releasing work orders.
• Confirm delivery dates and communicate risks and recovery actions.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain and Customer Service to resolve issues and maintain plan.
• Drive disciplined review and replanning cycles, ensuring exceptions are managed proactively.

Your Role

The Planner is responsible for creating and maintaining feasible production plans that meet customer demand while balancing available capacity, materials and inventory. The role ensures reliable delivery performance, optimized inventory levels and effective coordination between Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Customer Service.
You will play a key role in transforming customer demand into an executable manufacturing plan, by converting demand into an executable manufacturing schedule and ensure teams know what to make, when to make it and which constraints require attention.

Your Responsibilities

• Create,maintainand adjust production plans based on customer requirements,capacityand material availability.
• Manage and coordinate the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process in line with Group standards.
• Use MRP systems to plan material requirements and release purchase orders for raw materials.

Your profile

• 2- 5years experiencein production planning, demand planning, supplychainor a similar manufacturing environment.
• High school, technical or vocationalqualification.
• Strong understanding of production planning, capacity planning, inventorycontroland MRP systems.
• Analytical mindset with excellentorganisationaland communication skills.
• Englishproficiencyat B1 level or above.
• Experience working with SAP modules
