Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a Production Planner to coordinate and improve production operations, ensuring demand is met while maintaining quality standards. Reporting directly to the Projects & Materials Manager, you will be vital in ensuring efficient manufacturing and assembly processes to meet customer timelines.

Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing production plans, project plans, and reports through effective communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily projects, including renewals and maintenance, to ensure smooth workflows across processes and products.
• Allocate materials, equipment, and manpower effectively to meet production needs.
• Monitor order progress to ensure timely completion within budget.
• Plan and prioritize operations strategically to optimize performance and reduce delays.
• Develop quality plans and schedules aligned with project principles.
• Monitor and adapt plans as necessary, using recovery schedules and contingency plans to meet goals.
• Ensure accurate data entry from timesheets and production documents into the ERP system.
• Maintain organized documentation for audits.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience as a production planner in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong data entry, planning, organizational, and administrative skills.
