Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Canterbury is seeking a diligent stock and production assistant to support stock allocation, daily Scores on the Doors, and next-day production preparation for the Pack House. You will monitor stock rotation, raise alerts on shortages, and ensure orders are informed to the management team, with proactive updates against the previous day's plan.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stock allocation aligns with customer specs and internal processes.
• Accurately complete daily Scores on the Doors.
• Notify PH management of staff requirements and approvals.
• Assist with creating next day's Production for Pack House via updates against the previous day’s plan.
• Monitor stock rotation and report discrepancies to relevant departments timely.
• Communicate with Production team to support efficient workflows.

Job description

• Ensure correct allocation of stock according to customer specifications, receipt cads and any other internal company rules.
• Correctly and accurately completing daily Scores on the Doors.
• Ensure staff requirement is send on time and approved by PH management.
• Assisting with creation of next day Production for Pack House via updates and order completion against plan created on a previous day.
• Notify management team of potential order shortages or issues.
• Ensure that PH is informed regarding all orders; monitoring stock rotation any stock discrepancies should be communicated to relevant depts. in a timely manner.
• Support Production team by effective communication of customer programmes allowing for efficient productivity.
