Job Title: Production Planner

Location: Tyseley

Overview:

The Production Planner is responsible for scheduling and administration within the Regeneration Services team, ensuring efficient workflow, meeting client deadlines, and maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Scheduling and Workflow Management: Use planning systems to allocate and complete tasks within client timescales.
  2. Client and KPI Management: Collaborate with clients to meet requirements and achieve KPIs.
  3. Routing and Efficiency: Develop efficient work routes for engineers.
  4. Variation Processing and Follow-Up: Manage project variations and follow-up appointments.
  5. Administrative Support: Administer invoices, conduct satisfaction surveys, maintain records.
  6. Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, operatives, supervisors, and customers.
  7. Quality and Standards Compliance: Follow and promote company standards and procedures.
  8. Property and Workspace Management: Maintain work areas and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Professional attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Experience in administrative roles, preferably in related industries
  • Experience with partnership arrangements in responsive repairs
  • Understanding of local government and RSLs
  • Knowledge of appointment systems in construction or regeneration
