McCormick & Company is hiring for Production Operatives and Senior Production Operatives at McCormick, Haddenham site. You will operate production equipment to manufacture, blend and pack products following recipes and standards.

Opportunities include rotating day shifts (Mon-Fri, 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm) or permanent night shifts (Mon-Fri, 10pm-6am). Training is provided, and relevant licences (FLT/PPT) are desirable. We value reliability, teamwork and a proactive safety focus.

Qualifikationen

• Reliable and motivated in a fast-paced production environment.
• Good communication and ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexible and adaptable, able to follow instructions and safety rules.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
• FLT/PPT licences desirable; training provided.

Aufgaben

• Operate and monitor automated and non-automated production lines safely and efficiently.
• Follow recipes, GMP standards and safe systems of work.
• Accurately weigh, dispense and handle raw ingredients.
• Carry out product changeovers, cleaning, and hygiene-compliant reassembly.
• Perform in-process quality checks and document results.
• Complete SAP/system transactions accurately and on time.
• Maintain housekeeping, HACCP and health & safety compliance.
• Identify and report equipment issues.
• Support shift handovers and team communication.
• Assist training and adapt to business needs.
