Job summary

Vertiv Group Corporation in Campsie, Derry/Londonderry, is recruiting Production Operators to join a fast-paced engineering environment. You will perform assembly and general production duties across multiple departments, following written and verbal work instructions to deliver high-quality engineered products.

The role involves Morning, Afternoon and Night shifts, with a competitive rate, bonus scheme, 25 days annual leave, and a company pension.

We are currently recruiting Production Operators for various departments including Switchgear and Sheet Metal Department in our Campsie site, Derry/Londonderry. About the Role

Reporting to Production Management, successful candidates will be involved in a range of manufacturing and assembly duties, helping to deliver high-quality engineered products while working as part of a skilled and supportive production team.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out assembly and general production duties
• Follow written and verbal work instructions
• Maintain quality, productivity, and safety standards
• Operate production equipment and machinery where required
• Work closely with Supervisors, Managers, and Engineering teams to meet production deadlines
• Complete production documentation accurately
• Support team members and contribute to a positive working environment
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety procedures and PPE requirements

Essential Skills, Qualifications/Experience:

• Experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work to operating procedures.
• Good attention to detail with a strong quality focus.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• A reliable, safety-conscious approach to work.
• Flexible and willing to work rotational shift patterns including Morning, Afternoon, and Night shifts.

Desirable Skills, Qualifications/Experience:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude or experience with electromechanical systems.
• Previous shift work experience.
