Vertiv Campsie factory seeks an Operations Manager to partner with Plant Manager and Ops Director, driving customer-focused performance improvements and safety culture at the Campsie site in Northern Ireland.
You will lead cross-functional teams, deliver on KPI targets and shape a high-performing organisation through continuous improvement initiatives.
Our Campsie factory specializes in the manufacturing of Vertiv PowerBoard low and medium voltage switchgear, serving critical infrastructure needs across data centers, industrial facilities, and commercial buildings and Vertiv Unify integrated platform software.
As the Operations Manager, you will act as a key senior leader, supporting the Plant Manager and Operations Director to deliver on customer needs while continuously improving performance across all operational areas. This is an opportunity to lead meaningful change, shape high-performing teams, and influence the future of site operations.
