Job summary

Manpower Group (UK) in Ashford is seeking a Production Operator / Small Scale Compounding Operator. The role involves working rotating shifts (06:45‑14:15 and 14:00‑21:15, Mon–Fri) and preparing small-scale product batches.

• Production experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
• Good working knowledge of SAP preferred.
• Proven literacy and numeracy skills.
• IT Proficient

Responsibilities

• Measure and mix raw materials accurately.
• Operate compounding equipment.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in the work area to prevent contamination.
• Perform quality checks and maintain production records.
• Stock replenishments.
• Packing and dispatching of all samples to customers.
• Completing company paperwork
• Data entry of orders to inhouse software
