Qualifications

• Previous experience in plastics, masterbatch, extrusion, or manufacturing preferred (training provided).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physically active role with manual handling.
• Ability to follow instructions, production schedules, and safety guidelines.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work in a team.
• Willing to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing machinery for masterbatch production.
• Prepare raw materials, weigh ingredients, and follow production formulas.
• Monitor production lines and carry out routine checks.
• Complete batch records and maintain documentation.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and report issues.
• Support quality control procedures, including sampling and visual checks.
• Adhere to health & safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets.
