10 Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Shift Production Operator in Bingley to join a stable plastics manufacturing team. You will operate production, conversion and bagging machinery, load materials, and help maintain quality across shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operating production, bagging, and extrusion machinery
• Loading and preparing raw materials and films for production
• Packing and warehousing finished products to customer specifications
• Monitoring machine performance and production quality
• Completing production and quality records accurately
• Removing and processing production waste for recycling
• Maintaining cleanliness and housekeeping standards
• Reporting machinery faults or production issues to supervisors
• Supporting smooth production flow across shifts
