Walker & Son, based in Leicester, is seeking a Production Operator to run automated and semi-automated production lines. You will insert trays, push racks and help keep lines running smoothly to meet output targets.

We value practical, hands-on team players who take pride in quality and safety. You will work on physical tasks such as lifting above shoulder height and bending, with opportunities for progression within a supportive family culture.

Responsibilities

• Operation of automated and semi-automated production lines/Rademakers
• Inserting trays of various weights and sizes into racks (lifting above shoulder height/bending)
• Pushing racks of product (lifting above shoulder height/bending)
