Job summary

Smurfit Westrock in Corby, Northamptonshire, is seeking a Production Operative to join our busy packaging production team. This hands-on role keeps operations safe, efficient and delivering high-quality products.

You will work in a three-shift rotation, follow health and safety rules, perform quality checks and help reduce waste. Experience in packaging is advantageous, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn matter most.

Responsibilities

• Work safely and follow Health & Safety and PPE requirements.
• Support the team to achieve daily production and quality targets.
• Carry out quality checks and help minimise waste.

• Keep your working area clean, safe and organised.
• Report quality, maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
