Responsibilities
- Operate the designated machine in line with its technical requirements and related best practices to secure optimal utilisation, cost, and quality outcomes
- Monitor quality of raw materials (board, ink, glue) and finished goods; report discrepancies
- Follow established quality control policies and procedures for production flow and reporting
- Keep the workstation clean and tidy
- Maintain the designated machine and perform required maintenance
- Inform the Team Leader of any maintenance issues on the machine
- Learn production processes and broaden knowledge on conversion-related issues
- Sign off on Safe Working Systems before starting operations
- Follow health and safety regulations for the workstation and the company, reporting hazardous discrepancies
