U Value Insulation is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our Kings Norton manufacturing team in Birmingham. You will help ensure the efficient production of insulation products by operating and monitoring production lines, following procedures, and maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

• Comfortable with repetitive heavy lifting in a manual labour setting.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes is beneficial.
