Job summary

Hillarys is seeking Production Operatives to join our Coventry site on a temp to perm basis. The role involves working on the PVCU production line, maintaining quality, and finishing shifts by 4:35pm.

This is a multi-skilled, physical role suited to a team player who can adapt to different production functions. You will operate machinery, assist with various production tasks, and may take part in safety and training activities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing background is essential.
• Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and repetitive movements.
• Basic understanding of metric and imperial measurements.
• A team player with a proactive and adaptable attitude.
• Willingness to be trained and support different production functions.
• Proficient in the safe and effective use of hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of product quality on the production line.
• Operate machinery and handle materials in a safe and efficient manner.
• Support multiple areas of production as a multi-skilled operative.
• Carry out repetitive and heavy lifting tasks where required.

Do you thrive in a team environment and enjoy working at pace? We’re looking for dynamic and hard-working Production Operatives to join our team at our Coventry site on a temp to perm basis. This is a varied shift role, including a mix of standard, long, and short weeks—but you’ll always finish no later than 4:35pm. You’ll be a key player on the production line, ensuring our PVCU products meet the highest quality standards, on time and in a safe and secure working environment.
