Job summary

Luxe Recruitment is recruiting Production Operatives for a growing client. The role involves manufacturing batches safely and efficiently, with responsibilities including stocking, packing finished goods and data entry. A forklift licence is essential, and experience in dispensing/compounding or chemical handling is preferred.

Training is provided where needed. Shifts rotate across days and nights, totaling 36 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence is essential.
• Experience in dispensary/compounding or chemical handling preferred, but training can be provided.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy.
• Demonstrates initiative and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture batches accurately, safely and on time.
• Replenish stocks and supply materials as needed.
• Fill finished batches into final pack when required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes.
• Input Batch data orders into the computer system.
