Job summary

MTrec Ltd in Hexham, United Kingdom, is recruiting for a well-established manufacturing firm. You will perform general manufacturing duties, participate in quality inspections and ensure packing and labeling are accurate.

The role offers a flat start pay of £12.71 per hour rising to £12.81 after probation, a Monday to Friday schedule 07:00 to 15:30, pension scheme and free onsite parking, with potential for permanent roles for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong emphasis on quality and manufacturing standards.

• Commitment to following procedures accurately.
• Physically fit to handle manual handling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Daily meetings with the team leader or supervisor.
• General manufacturing duties.
• Quality inspection on all products, marking off defects.
• Manual handling including picking and labeling products.
• Packing duties when required and taking instructions from supervisors and management.
• Help prioritise workloads within the department.
• Comfortable working in extremely clean and efficient working area.
