Job summary

Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages in Narberth, Wales is seeking a proactive Standard Operator to help keep our production lines safe, efficient and reliable. You will operate and monitor equipment, support line performance and ensure products meet our quality standards.

Work closely with colleagues across the factory, participate in continuous improvement and follow approved processes to deliver results. Some manufacturing experience is helpful but not essential, as full role-specific training

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safety & Quality: Maintain safety, quality and compliance to deliver products that meet specifications.
• Production Performance: Operate, monitor and optimise lines to achieve targets while minimising downtime.
