Search Consultancy LTD is seeking a Production Operator for the Early and Back Shift in a regulated manufacturing environment. You will join a specialist production team in a cleanroom, focusing on accuracy, documentation and adherence to procedures.

The role involves filling, labelling and packing products, testing with liquid agents, and contributing to shift handovers. Training is provided with clear progression from entry level up to Level 3, offering development within the company.

Salary: £26,500 per annum

Hours: Back & Early shift rotation - Day shift every Friday

Production Operative to join a specialist production team, working in a cleanroom environment where accuracy, attention to detail and following procedures are essential.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be involved in the filling, labelling and packing of products, ensuring all processes are completed accurately and in line with strict quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Filling, labelling and packing products
• Using liquid agents to test products before packing
• Working in a semi-confined cleanroom environment
• Carrying out tasks in a fast-paced production setting
• Observing cell growth and grouping blood types as part of the production process
• Completing and maintaining accurate production documentation
• Following procedures to maintain quality and compliance
• Participating in shift handovers to ensure a smooth transition between teams
