Job summary

Manpower Recruitment are recruiting for a Production Operative / Machine Operator on the outskirts of Banbury. This is a full-time, daytime role supporting manufacturing of customer orders across stages of production.

You will need your own transport due to location. The pay is £12.71–£13.75 per hour, depending on experience, with a focus on accuracy, safety and meeting production schedules.

Qualifications

• Hard working and reliable individual with a positive attitude.
• Ability to follow schedules, meet deadlines and work without constant supervision.
• Good timekeeping and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cutting, moulding, sanding and spraying materials for customer orders.
• Sort MDF boards or items onto tables and racks.
• Package and label orders for delivery or collection according to the production schedule.
• Work independently and as part of a team to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Maintain fitness to handle materials and finished products safely.
