Job summary

Gap Personnel is looking for a reliable Production Operative to join a busy Tredegar manufacturing site on a days-only shift (Mon-Thu 07:00–16:45). You will operate machinery, support daily production operations and help maintain high quality standards.

Experience is helpful but not essential; a strong work ethic, good practical skills, and the ability to work as part of a team across all levels are valued. Training will be provided to develop production processes and safety practices.

We’re recruiting a Production Operative to join a busy and well‑run manufacturing environment in Tredegar. This is a full‑time, days‑only position with a stable weekday shift pattern.

Shift Pattern

• Monday – Thursday
• 07:00 – 16:45
