Job summary

Gap Personnel is recruiting a Production Operative for a weekend shift in Tredegar. This is a full-time, days-only role on a Friday to Sunday pattern, 07:00–19:00, within a busy manufacturing environment.

You will join a skilled production team, support daily operations, and help ensure products meet high quality standards. Prior experience is helpful but not essential; a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are key.

Responsibilities

• Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Using mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues
• Fabricating components using tools such as milling machines
• Assembling products to specification
• Working collaboratively to support smooth production flow
• Following all health & safety procedures and safe tool handling

We’re recruiting a Production Operative to join a busy and well-run manufacturing environment in Tredegar. This is a full-time, days-only position with a stable weekday shift pattern.

Shift Pattern

• Friday to Sunday
• 07:00 - 19:00
