Job summary

Gap Personnel in Tredegar is recruiting a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing site. This is a full‑time role on site, with a night shift pattern to be confirmed with the client.

The successful candidate will work Monday – Thursday, 16:45 – 02:30, bringing a strong work ethic and willingness to learn to a skilled production team. You will operate equipment, assist with component fabrication, assemble products to specification and help sustain quality and safety across daily

Qualifications

Self-motivated with good timekeeping.
Able to work unsupervised when required.
Good technical and practical abilities.
Reliable team player with strong communication.
Strong quality focus and attention to detail.
Understanding of production processes preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
Troubleshoot minor issues using mechanical knowledge.
Fabricate components using milling machines.
Assemble products to specification.
Collaborate to maintain smooth production flow.
Follow all health & safety procedures and safe tool handling.
