Job summary

Pertemps Lincoln is recruiting a Factory Operative for a family-run business near Wainfleet All Saints, Thorpe St Peter. This full-time, temporary contract pays £12.83 per hour, with Monday to Friday shifts from 08:00 to around 17:00.

You will operate production machinery, assist with packaging on the line, and support broader warehouse duties such as stock handling. Reliability and a willingness to learn are essential; prior experience helps but is not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production or warehouse setting, ideally in food manufacturing (preferred).
• Keen eye for detail and reliable work ethic.
• Able to work effectively both solo and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery to process and package products.
• Work on a production line picking, packing and performing other duties.
• Support warehouse activities, including stock handling and palletisation.
