Job summary

Adecco is recruiting a Production Operative in Braintree on a temp-to-perm basis. You will work Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, earning £12.71 per hour on the production line with full training provided.

This physically demanding role involves operating machinery, quality checks, and manual handling, offering a clear path to a permanent position within a supportive and employee-focused team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate production machinery and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, obstacle-free working environment.
• Carry out quality checks on finished products to ensure standards.
• Assist with machine maintenance and ensure smooth production processes.
• Perform manual handling and lifting duties within an industrial environment.
• Move goods efficiently along the production line.
• Carry out FLT driving duties where required.
