Job summary

Manpower are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing site in Brigg. This role offers a supportive team environment with potential progression to a permanent position after an initial period.

Shift patterns are Monday to Friday with rotating hours: 6:00am–2:00pm and 2:00pm–10:00pm. Pay rate is £13.75 per hour, with full training provided and opportunities to gain experience across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in production environments and manual handling
• Ability to follow instructions and keep accurate records
• Willingness to adapt to different departments and shift patterns

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily inspections at start/end of shift to report issues
• Operate machinery and support production processes
• Complete production documentation accurately and efficiently
• Work independently and as part of a team to maximise output
• Support other departments as required after training
• Follow site Health & Safety procedures and maintain a clean workplace
