Job summary

Refresco is recruiting for Production Team Operatives at the Kegworth site. You will join a supportive team, receive full training, and work a 3 on 3 off 12-hour shift pattern (days and nights). You will help ensure quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery as part of our PET phase operations.

No prior experience is required; training will be provided, and you will have opportunities to grow with a global drinks manufacturer.

Qualifications

• As a Production Operative you will need to be accurate in daily tasks and pay great attention to detail.
• You should be open to learning new things, including basic engineering and quality tasks.
• You should be positive and energetic and enjoy working in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate standard machinery at a basic level - full training provided.
• Complete quality checks and record results, reporting any non-conformances.
• Work as part of a team to ensure the site is audit-ready at all times.
• Contribute to meeting team and company-wide production targets.
