Refresco is recruiting for Production Team Operatives at the Kegworth site. You will join a supportive team, receive full training, and work a 3 on 3 off 12-hour shift pattern (days and nights). You will help ensure quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery as part of our PET phase operations.

No prior experience is required; training will be provided, and you will have opportunities to grow with a global drinks manufacturer.

You will play an important role in making sure some of the best-known drink’s brands in the UK are manufactured to the right quality and delivered on time to our many customers. About The Role

You do not need previous experience as full training will be provided. You will be part of a supportive team, led by the Production Area Manager working with colleagues who will help you settle in, find your way around and show you the ropes. You will be based in our PET phase.

As a Production Team Operative your main tasks and duties will be:

• Operate standard machinery at a basic level - full training provided.
• Complete quality checks and record results, reporting any non-conformances.
• Work as part of a team to ensure the site is audit-ready at all times.
• Contribute to meeting team and company-wide production targets, which make a real difference to our business and our customers.

You will be paid an annual salary of £32,026.59 inclusive of a 10% shift allowance.
