Role Details

Due to expansion, we are recruiting Production Operators to join us at our centre of excellence for cheese cutting and packing of the nation's favourite cheeses - Cathedral City, Davidstow, and Wensleydale.

• Shift Patterns: Days, Lates & Nights
• Salary: £23,320.20 to £28,965.96 per annum + site bonus scheme up to £800 per annum
• Holiday: 25 Days per year + Bank Holidays

Responsibilities

• Working as part of the Operations team in an air temperature of 12°C
• Carrying out manual handling tasks, cheese cutting, yield understanding & control, line setup, operation of wrapping machines, and handling machinery and materials
• Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures, Site Policies, and Safe Systems of Work (SSOW)

Candidate Profile

• Experience in a food production environment
• Manual handling experience, ideally in manufacturing
• Knowledge of Health and Safety standards
• Adaptability to changing production environments
• Experience with machinery operation
