Job Description:

FULL TRAINING PROVIDED to become a Field Service Engineer professional. You will provide our customers in the Midlands region with onsite service support, focusing on testing, remedial actions, and advising on product-related issues, thereby developing strong customer relationships.

Tasks:

• Visit customers in the Midlands, UK, to ensure our industrial fluids are in optimal condition, including testing and taking remedial actions.
• Report necessary adjustments for optimal fluid performance.
• Record and analyze process and product data using our software.
• Perform duties safely and efficiently, complying with regulations and customer expectations.
• Maintain communication with Quaker Houghton teams and customer stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Valid driving license.
• Good computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Permanent contract with company van, laptop, and mobile.
• Day shift, Monday to Friday.
