Job summary

On-systems is seeking a Production Operator to join the Operations team in Letchworth. The role involves hands-on electronic, mechanical, and cable/wiring assembly on the production shop floor, with a focus on delivering quality products on time.

You will work under the Operations department, take ownership of quality, and contribute to company improvement projects while maintaining high health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• JSTD-001 qualification is required.
• Basic computer literacy is expected.
• Ability to work as part of a team but also unsupervised.

Role Summary:

Working within the Operations Department, help deliver products on time, within cost and to the required quality standards to on-systems customers.Take ownership for own quality of work, the ability to work as part of a team or own initiative and proactively contribute. Engage in the company improvement projects, with a strong awareness for health and safety.

General appreciation for materials processing, goods receipt, despatch, calibration, maintenance of equipment.
