Job summary

Manpower Group (UK) is seeking a Production Operator for a hands-on role in a modern manufacturing environment based in CF44. You will assist in the assembly and build of electronic products and equipment, ensuring work meets high quality standards and procedures.

You will follow technical drawings, use hand tools and assembly equipment, and perform quality inspections throughout the build process while developing your skills through training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience with wiring, loom building, harness assembly or electrical assembly advantageous.
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and practical skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Hours: 39 hours per week

The Role
