Job summary

Steatite Antennas in Leominster is seeking a Production Operative to join its growing team. This role offers hands-on training and a clear path from production to technician through structured development.

You will prepare materials, assemble sub-assemblies, and work with adhesives and tools. No prior experience required as full training is provided, and relocation support is available for eligible candidates across the UK.

This role is more than just production work—it offers a genuine opportunity to develop into a Production Technician through structured training and hands-on experience.

What You Will Be Doing

• Preparing materials and components for production.
• Building mechanical sub-assemblies.
• Assembling higher-volume products.
• Working with adhesives, sealants and coaxial cable preparation.
• Using a variety of hand tools safely and accurately.
• Carrying out visual and dimensional inspections.
• Supporting other production areas, including Stores and Packing, when required.

What We Are Looking For

You will ideally have:
