Job description

As a Production Operator in Blackpool, you will support the assembly and processing of high-quality products, adhering to precise specifications and safety protocols. This contract position, paying up to £13.62 per hour, involves completing manufacturing tasks to strict quality standards, maintaining excellent housekeeping, and following hygiene procedures. You will also assist with training new colleagues, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and operate equipment safely, including basic calibration. We seek candidates with solid numeracy, literacy, and communication skills, alongside a dependable work ethic and a readiness to learn. Working collaboratively, you will ensure efficient output within a supportive team environment, upholding good manufacturing practice throughout. In this role, you''ll support the assembly and processing of high-quality products, working to established specifications and safety standards. You''ll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment where teamwork, attention to detail and good manufacturing practice (GMP) are essential.
