Job summary

DePuy Synthes in Blackpool is seeking Production Operators to join a high-performing manufacturing team. You’ll be hands-on, reliable and eager to learn, supporting the assembly and processing of high-quality products to established specifications and GMP standards.

The role offers full training, a safe working environment and opportunities to develop skills. Pay rate is £13.62 per hour, with the site located in FY4 4QQ.

Qualifications

• Good numeracy, literacy and communication skills.
• Strong work ethic, reliability and willingness to learn.
• Good hygiene, attention to detail and dexterity.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing needs.
• 0-2 years’ experience (manufacturing experience helpful but not essential).

Are you reliable, hands-on, and eager to learn? We’re looking for Production Operators to join our high-performing manufacturing team at DePuy Synthes in Blackpool.

In this role, you’ll support the assembly and processing of high-quality products, working to established specifications and safety standards. You’ll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment where teamwork, attention to detail and good manufacturing practice (GMP) are essential.
