We are currently seeking Production Operators to join a brand-new, cutting-edge waste-to-energy facility set to process 600,000 tonnes of black bin waste annually. With state-of-the-art technology and a strong commitment to safety, sustainability, and innovation, this is a rare opportunity to play a crucial role in the operational launch and long-term performance of a major new site.
Operating and coordinating production processes to ensure stable and efficient site operations
Implementing and managing Process and Operational Safety Plans
Monitoring operational parameters to remain within design limits
Keeping production and material handling areas clean, tidy, and well-maintained
Coordinating with external service providers and technical equipment partners
Participating in improvement projects to enhance operational performance and compliance
Previous experience in a factory, production, or heavy industrial environment
A mechanical mindset and practical understanding of operating equipment
A team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable working in a dynamic, large-scale industrial facility
Bonus: Up to 2.5% annual bonus
Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays, increasing to 31 days with long-term service (plus your birthday off after 2 years!)
