Position: Production Operative

Location: Sittingbourne, ME10 3SL

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of your role
• Clean machinery and plant
• Prioritize workload
• Operate mobile plant as required
• Grease and oil production equipment
• Follow health & safety, quality, and environmental systems
• Participate in process improvements
• Assist with production tasks
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and environmental management
• Develop SSOPs and Risk Assessments

Essential Qualifications & Experience

• Good timekeeping and attendance
• Self-motivated and flexible
• Numerate and literate
• Team player with good communication skills
• Health & safety awareness
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Willing to learn and undergo training
• Experience in labor-intensive roles

Desirable Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in continuous improvement environments
• Certified counterbalance FLT license (advantageous)
• Additional up-skilling certifications
