Job summary

Our client is a long-established and globally recognised manufacturing business currently experiencing significant growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on and safety-conscious Production Operator to join their manufacturing team.

The Role

You will be responsible for operating production plant and equipment, monitoring processes, recording production data and ensuring materials are handled, packaged and labelled correctly. You will also support quality, traceability, housekeeping and general production activities.

Full training will be provided, so specific experience with the company's processes is not essential.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience within a manufacturing, production or process environment.
• A strong commitment to Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental standards.
• Good communication and numerical skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal procedures accurately.
• A hands-on and reliable approach to work.
• Experience within a process manufacturing environment would be advantageous.

Shift Pattern

You will initially work one of the following rotating shift patterns:

• 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm - 10% shift allowance.
• 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm-6am - 20% shift allowance.

You must also be flexible to cover 12-hour shifts when required to support operational requirements.
