Job summary

Barfoots in the UK’s fresh produce business is seeking enthusiastic, reliable people to join our production teams. No previous manufacturing experience is required—we provide full training to help you succeed.

You will work in a temperature-controlled facility (typically 3°C–5°C), performing tasks such as sorting and grading, packing and labeling, and quality checks. You’ll contribute to meeting daily production targets while keeping your area clean and safe.

What you will be doing:

No two days are the same. Depending on the department you're working in, you'll help with a range of production activities, including:

• Sorting and grading products to quality standards
• Packing and labelling finished products
• Carrying out visual quality checks
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety
• Working with your team to meet daily production targets
• Keeping your work area clean, organised and safe

• Opportunity to progress into Skilled Operator, Technical Operator and Team Leader roles

You’ll be working in a temperature‑controlled fresh produce facility (typically 3°C–5°C). The role involves standing for long periods and some manual handling.
