Stryker Group is seeking a Production Operator for night shift to perform a wide range of production activities and ensure high quality output in a fast-paced environment.
You will assemble, test, and package products, transfer materials, receive stock, and follow detailed work instructions while maintaining focus on quality and safety. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general manufacturing systems is preferred.

As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of production activities and manufacturing processes to produce high quality product at a high volume and within tight deadlines.
To assemble, test and package product in strict accordance with Work Instructions
To Transfer Material to designated areas
To Receive Materials
To perform other such operations on Product for which appropriate training/instruction has been given
To be aware of the Quality imperative in all aspect of work
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
GCSE’s or equivalent including Mathematics and English, Grade A-C or relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience:
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Specific Knowledge:
Knowledge of Manufacturing and Quality systems in a Manufacturing Environment
Microsoft Office
Team Player
Ability to effectively follow work instructions and procedures
