Job summary

Stryker Belfast is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to help build life-saving medical devices in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment on a day shift.

You will assemble, test, label and package products, follow defined work instructions, perform quality checks, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while supporting on-time output.

Qualifications

• GCSEs or Level 2 qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and quality systems in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
• Strong team-player mindset with good communication skills.
• Ability to follow work instructions, procedures and quality standards accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, and package medical devices by following defined work instructions and processes.
• Work on a production line in a fast-paced environment to meet daily output targets.
• Carry out routine quality checks, inspect products, and record results to support safety standards.
• Label, scan, pack and prepare products for shipment to internal and external locations.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safety-focused work area and follow site procedures.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members to resolve issues promptly.

In this role, you will support the manufacture of Stryker products to the required quality standards, helping ensure our medical devices reach the people who need them.

What you will do

• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members to support smooth day-to-day operations and resolve issues promptly.

What you will need

• Day Shift : Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 6:00pm

United Kingdom Pay Scales:

Belfast: 13.66 GBP Hourly
