The primary role of a Production Operator is to demonstrate ownership and responsibility for machinery, equipment, and processes within your work area. This includes routine operational tasks such as start-up, shutdown, monitoring, cleaning, changeovers, minor repairs, inspections, and using ancillary equipment and computer programs.

What are we looking for?

• Educated to GCSE level or above
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Experience in FMCG or Factory Operations is desirable
• Mechanical training or fault-finding experience is beneficial

Key Responsibilities:

• Work as part of a shift team of up to 25 associates to achieve targets
• Be responsible for the performance of machines, processes, or equipment
• Escalate issues appropriately and provide accurate handovers
• Repair mechanical breakdowns using your knowledge and experience
