Chemviron is seeking a Production Operator in Ashton to join a hands-on team delivering on-time production while upholding safety, quality and environmental standards.

You’ll work with plant leadership and central EHS to drive continuous improvement, ensure regulatory compliance, and embed a proactive safety culture on site.

The role requires 3 years in manufacturing, fluent English, and an FLT license; it offers a stable site-based position with structured hours.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Basic general education with numerical skills.

About the Role

We are recruiting an experienced Production Operatorin Ashton.
This is a hands-on role combining site presence with strategic influence, you’ll work closely with plant leadership and central EHS functions to ensure regulatory compliance, drive continuous improvement and embed a strong proactive safety culture across the site.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Ensure that production requirements are achieved within specification and in a timely fashion.
• Assist in the efficient shift-handovers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction for both delivery and quality.
• Comply with all EHS standards, operating procedures, company policies and local legislation.
• Follow ISO procedures and propose new ideas for continuous
  improvement.
• Operate all basic manufacturing machinery in a safe and efficient manner.

Required Qualifications & Experiences

• Basic general education (numerical) with some mechanical aptitude
• 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• FLT

• Stable, site-based role with structured working hours
